Gina Ritter
Gina has this mom thing down with a teenager in her final years of high school. She is a seasoned professional with a deep-rooted passion for the housing industry. As the owner of rental properties, she has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and an extensive network of industry connections.
Her unique perspective comes from having been on both sides of the contractor-subcontractor relationship. This experience gives her a deep understanding of how to effectively coordinate and communicate across teams.
