FreshLook Home Solutions was created to bridge the gap between vision and execution. Founded by Jessica and Courtney, FreshLook exists to help homeowners and project teams gain clarity around design decisions, without the overwhelm of full-scale construction or renovation management.
We believe great spaces start with thoughtful planning. Our work is rooted in design-led thinking, clear visual direction, and practical guidance that helps people confidently move forward with their homes — whether they’re refreshing a space, preparing to sell, or planning future improvements.
Our role is collaborative - not competitive. We work alongside homeowners, designers, contractors, and real estate professionals to clarify design intent, reduce decision fatigue, and create alignment before implementation begins. By focusing on layout, scale, finishes, materials, and overall flow, we help ensure everyone is working from the same vision.
We provide design consulting and visual documentation that allows implementation to happen smoothly with the appropriate professionals. This approach supports better communication, fewer revisions, and more confident outcomes.

Jessica is a proud mom of two young children—a lively boy and a spirited girl—who are at the center of everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids camping, hunting, swimming, and traveling. She also loves gardening and caring for her plants, finding satisfaction in nurturing spaces that grow and thrive over time. With a background in healthcare, Jessica brings a strong sense of empathy, responsibility, and attention to detail into her work. She is deeply committed to helping people and takes pride in doing things thoughtfully and thoroughly. Courtney Ritter
Courtney is a devoted mom to three energetic kids. Their boundless energy often has her wishing she could bottle some for herself! Courtney finds joy in creating nutritious and delicious meals from scratch, sharing her culinary creations with family and friends as a way to bring people together. Her love for the outdoors inspires her family adventures, including camping trips and scenic hikes.
